WOMEN IN GRIDIRON SHOW- THE PLAYBOOK OUTSIDE ZONE CONCEPT

This week we start with the “Warm-Up” by talking about how we like to prepare for the upcoming season in the preseason. How do you prepare?

In the “Playbook” we discuss the Outside Zone Concept with its RB specialities, how pivotal it is in the women’s game, the variants of the concept and how to use it in an ever-expanding playbook. This concept is so versatile and can be disguised as many other plays. It is a simple concept but difficult to master! It pays off when it is done well and timed perfectly.

Ending the week’s show on “Rapid Fire”, we discuss our favourite outside zone play. What’s yours?
