Welcome to episode 3 of season 3 of the Women in Gridiron show! This week we have Stacey and Alex continue to to dissect the Women’s State of Origin series between Queensland and New South Wales.

We recap Game 2 and look forward to Game 3 this weekend. Queensland have been dominant over recent years, but New South Wales did give a scare in the first half, leading 14-6. Queensland ended up overcoming a tough New South Wales side to win the game, and win the series. Queensland have now achieved the illustrious 4-peat achievement!

While Game 3 will be a dead rubber match, there is still much to play for. Will Queensland make a clean sweep 3-0 or will New South Wales savour some pride and win the third game?
