THE NRL SHOW- ROUND 18 PREVIEW, COWBOYS VS SHARKS, ROOSTERS VS DRAGONS PLUS REMAINING GAMES

Another huge episode this week as we celebrate our 12 month anniversary as a Network! Thank-you to all of our listeners that have supported us over the last year. 

This week in ‘the Breakdown’ we preview all things Round 18 including the Friday night clash between the North QLD Cowboys and Cronulla Sharks. The Sharks have held their position in the top four for most of the season with some impressive performances under their rookie head coach Craig Fitzgibbon. Despite some up and down form over the past month, the Sharks have hit back off the back of some impressive moments from their recently re-signed half in Matt Moylan.  While for the Cowboys they continue to impress after an understrength side put  the Broncos to the sword before their Bye week. Who wins this top four clash?

We also feature the Sydney Roosters as they take on the St George Illawarra Dragons. Both teams find themselves hanging on to their top 8 ambitions despite an up and down year. For the Dragons they currently sit in 9th position and will be desperate to get the win here. Dynamic centres Zac Lomax and Moses Suli will be looking to break the game open for the Red V. While for the Roosters they will be playing for the season as they currently sit in 10th position and are losing touch with the top 8. As the pressure mounts around the club, they will be looking to their forwards to the middle and give their talented outside backs greater opportunities. Which team wins, and will either side play finals football this year?

And to round out the show in ‘Rapid Fire’ we offer our picks for the remaining games and reveal our underdog tip of the week
