A new season of the NRL Show for 2023 and a new panel - we hear from our new panel as they share their team loyalties, observations of player movements, thoughts on the trial round performances as well as what they're hoping to see in the 2023 NRL season. 

Get to know our panelists, Gabbi, Anthony, Emma, Lachlan and Laine, as they make some bold predictions about Wooden Spoon and Top 4 outcomes. 

A few teams may use the lessons and losses over the past trial matches to regroup and recalibrate before Round 1, but others have demonstrated they are coming in hot and are making a strong impression to fans and peers that they haven't let fitness slide in the off season.
