The NFL season is finally upon us and our first in season episode is here. There’s a lot to untangle over this coming season. Many home teams start the year off as underdogs going into Week 1 of the NFL. 10 home teams are underdogs, starting with the defending Super Bowl champions in the Thursday Night Football opener. The Bills, a favourite to win Super Bowl LVII, are favourites against the Rams in what should be a thriller of an opener. The Vikings are also a trendy pick as they face the Packers in a battle for the NFC North. This year's Hard Knocks superstars, the Lions, are trying to upset the Eagles. 

The other main match we cover is the Broncos and Seahawks. Wilson's arrival changes  everything and if he can plays near his Pro Bowl level, the Broncos have enough playmakers, even without Tim Patrick, to make it all way. They will have to keep Wilson out of harm's way and he has to get used to new surroundings. Only time will tell.

To finish the show, In 'Rapid Fire', the panellists give their predictions on how the games will go. Alex picks her surprising underdogs.
