Nikola Jokic winning his second straight MVP award but they lost their second-best players this season because of injuries. Jamal Murray has suffered an ACL injury since early 2021 and Michael Porter Jr missed most of season as well with a back injury. Therefore, getting and staying healthy is the only priority for Denver in the upcoming season. If Murray and Porter Jr. stay on the court, the Nuggets will be able to perform better in the upcoming 2022-2023 season. What do you think of Denver for the upcoming season?
In ‘The Match’, we discuss Dream Team vs Redeem Team. The 1992 USA Men basketball team and 2008 USA Men national team called dubbed the dream team. If these two teams compete, it’s going to be a very interesting matchup. On the other hand, what do you think about Australian national team? How can Australia national team compete with these teams?
And to round out the show in ‘Rapid Fire’, we talk Derrick Rose. He started his career with the Chicago Bulls in 2008. He was named the NBA Rookie of the Year in 2009 and became the youngest MVP winner. He led the bulls during the early 2010s, but his performance has declined since he injured his knee in the 2012 season. All previous MVPs have been inducted into the Hall of Fame, but Rose is unlikely to be inducted into the Hall of Fame due to poor performance after his injury. Whay do you think of his chances?
