On this week episode in ‘All Ball’ we discuss Andrew Wiggins, the 1st picks in the 2014 draft for the Cleveland Cavaliers and traded to the Minnesota Wolves. In the 2019-20 season, he moved to Golden State Warriors and won his first NBA Championship in 2021-22 season with an impressive performance.

In 2021-22 season, Wiggins was selected for his first NBA All-Star game and showed surprise performance in the NBA Finals. He did his role well in the series. He averaged 18.3 points, 8.8 rebounds and 2.2 assists in 6 games in the 2022 NBA Finals. He was everywhere in the court and locked up Celtics players Jayson Tatum during the series, proving why he was 1st pick in the NBA draft. Now, he heads into the off-season as a champion free agent.

In ‘the Match’ we discuss two Golden State Warriors bench players, Gary Payton II and Kevon Looney. Gary Payton II brought energy and defense with him every time he was put into the game. Kevon Looney has also played his role well this season. His interior defense and rebound helped greatly to the Warrior’s defense. Both players had a successful season with the Warriors and contributed to the Warrior’s deep bench this season.

And to round out the show in ‘Rapid Fire’, we highlight the Boston Celtics. The Celtics lost the 2022 Finals but showed solid defense and energy in this season. Jason Tatum is still young and just finished his fifth season in the NBA. Jaylen Brown and Marcus Smart also showed impressive potential. However, they showed a lack of experience in the Finals and faced the problem of a lack of point guard. Can the Celtics address the problem this off-season?
