This week we are joined by Cyrus Henry, known as "the Panda Shaman", a mens transformational coach who focuses on using "the Haka", traditionally known as a ceremonial war dance, as a gateway to support men in fully expressing their emotions, their authenticity, and to experience the fullness and richness that life has to offer. We had such a great time conversating and learning from Cyrus, and he also did us the honour giving us the experience of a Haka first hand.
