Emma Bodkin - Avalanches & ultramarathons

Ever wondered what it's like being caught in an avalanche? Emma Bodkin used to teach children at an exclusive school in London.  Now she’s living in the Swiss alps working as a personal trainer and yoga teacher running fitness camps and yoga retreats worldwide. We talk lockdowns, ultra marathons, life changing experiences like being buried alive. This one will give you sweaty hands. It gets intense. Emma is a character, and a tough one at that.
