However, I always think that really, we have 12 days before as well as the 12 days after. It’s not that I want 24 presents, you understand, but you can’t help feeling more festive in those 2 weeks before Christmas, even if you are a bit Bah Humbug. And so, tonight, for your delectation we have 12 favourites from 2011 and 12 new tracks that will be our future favourites. (I was going to do an ‘out with the old, in with the new theme, but a. it didn’t sound right, as it’s not really OUT with the old, and b. Alex from The Forum did something similar a couple of weeks ago and I shan’t be accused of copying!) Some of these will, of course be stuffed handily into our regular brackets of ‘Double Whammy’ and ‘Snap’, but there will also, quite possibly be some listeners’ requests, just to upset the theme and my themic OCD.
