- Consistency is important as it overcomes doubts, taking little steps towards becoming good.

- Ask ourselves what are our secret rules/limiting beliefs? - takes you to the root of your own lies
- People are motivated by either fear or reward, identify what you truly drives you
- Strategy vs shame mindset - Realize you can't achieve everything all at once, so strategize to complete the most important tasks
