We're used to receiving quick or instant gratification because of technology. We're able to order food and merchandise by the click of the button. We're able to instantly message and call each other. And we can do things on our cellphones faster than computers a decade ago.
This had made us used to seeing results quickly, and make us to go as fast as possible.
However, going fast can be detrimental to achieving our goals.
