In this conversation with Jackie they share why mindset is key to leadership development at Virgin Atlantic, particularly at a time of recovery and change post pandemic how they have started to introduce Mindset Practice and what themes are appearing in these programmes and why becoming  a practitioner was key to the ability to scale Mindset Practice in Virgin Atlantic.
