55: Chad Nash, The Realist of the Real Estate Doctor, Nash & Co

I have known Chad Nash for many years, stretching back to our earliest days in the real estate industry. While I knew some of his story, it was nothing short of a blessing to have him join me on Mindset Matters to share his journey. 

A Colorado native, Chad grew up in the Montbello neighborhood of Denver, and discussed his experiences growing up and struggling to find his way.  With the letters PhD behind his name, you might think that he was an early lover of school and education, but like many young men (myself included), Chad shares his difficulty and lack of interest at an early age, and the trials he had to go through as a kid and into his young adult life.  

It was at the end of his biggest setback that Chad began to see clearly, and through great effort he would eventually earn his doctorate and go right back into an educational system that he knew first hand needed a fresh breath of leadership. His path would include a successful career in the Denver Public School system and working deeply with his community to help those most in need - and this passion would later become vital to the real estate empire he has built since joining that industry in 2018.

Along the way, Chad created Nash & Co Real Estate, a tremendous accomplish that places his father's and family's name on a legacy... a legacy he adds to every day.
