23: Scott McNeilly & Adam Lewis, Police Officer to Loan Officer w/ Everetts Lending

On this week's edition of Mindset Matters, I had the pleasure of sitting down with two great friends and colleagues Scott McNeilly and Adam Lewis - both detectives at a police agency near the Denver Metro area and both licensed loan officers working to build a second career and business for the betterment of their family. 

Today we hear the story of each of these amazing men, their journey as young men and the challenges each faced at a young age, their quest for purpose and the life changes that lead each of them into law enforcement. They were kind enough to share the lessons of 11+ years on the department, the mindset the career requires, and their discovery of what the next stages of their life look like.
