Beth Bowen - The 1st woman 50+ ever to finish Sri Chinmoy Triple Triathlon Solo

Beth Bowen recently became the first woman over 50 to complete the Sri Chinmoy Triple Triathlon Solo - in Canberra.

This is 3 back to back off road triathlons totalling: 

6.2 km swim 

95km mountain bike  

42 km run.
