So if you listened to the episode already you'll know this is a Facebook live I did a few weeks back. You might have noticed a change in the sound at 6mins ish that's because on the FB which you can watch on my page I completely choked on thin air! so I cut that out for the podcast but I left the video raw so if you watch it on YouTube you'll see what happened I don't have the video editing software to be very precise with my video editing to it was easier to leave it.
