With the announcement this week that weddings will go from 30 down to 15 from Monday and could stay that way for 6 months it's time to refocus and look more to making sure we are ok. Over the next few weeks, I'm going to be bringing you experts that can help us with our self-care to make sure we are putting ourselves in a good place to move forward.
This week we look at taking a digital detox. Time away from all the outside influences that aren't always as positive as they could be.
Find a date that fits for you
Decide how long your detox will be for
Schedule Social if you need to (set expectations for your followers so they no you aren't around)
Decide how far you are going to go, just social, the entire internet, all devices, TV
Do what feels good for you
Try to do at least 24 hours total detox
