RUMINATION

Ruminating is like going on a first date but talking about your ex the whole time. 

When we are stuck in rumination and the past, we are resisting the future we desire.

When we’re in consciousness, we’re in choice.

In this week’s podcast, we’ll meditate on noticing where we are unconsciously rehashing an old story and instead consciously break free.
