Small goals you can treat yourself to something small, big goals big treats. Make you treats worthy of the accomplishment itself. Such as you've been wanting to paint that room a new color; get yourself a manicure after. You've got that raise, get a cleaning service once a month. Yes, you deserve to treat yourself, do it wisely and with purpose.
