Our brain is a constantly running machine, and just like any motor, it needs a break. You have permission to sleep in, give it to yourself. You have permission to allow yourself to sleep more, give in to your need. You have permission to nap, give in and recharge vs. giving yourself a dose of caffeine. You have permission to lie down in bed and not rush into the world.
