Children, pets, animals, and nature; we are only little once in this life, don't miss it. Take a day off of work and get dirty, get on the floor, forget about your phone, and just play. Remind yourself of what it feels like to be a child. Teach a child by being a child with them and remember the ease of life, no worries, and how good it felt to just be alive everyday and every moment. Don't have a child of your own? Go visit a friend or relative and make it a point to play with that child...it will bring you both a smile and warm memories.
