Find your Mindfulness: AVALON LIVE - Episode 2

As we delve deeper into the Mindfulness Mission, we must consider the challenging times many of us have faced in the past two years, dealing with depression and anxiety. I share essential insights to help you foster a positive outlook, find motivation to navigate your thoughts, and assure you that you're not alone in this journey. Mindfulness, for me, is all about embracing the present moment and learning to appreciate this moment for what it truly is.

Drawing on my extensive experience, spanning over two decades, I've been actively involved in mentoring both adults and children. My role has extended to teaching communication skills to fellow mentors, teachers, and instructors, making a positive impact on their lives.

"As a mentor, it is important for me to share with you mental wellness  is not the same as emotional wellness; I am here to help your emotional  well-being and be a happier person.  It is not to say there isn't some  crossover but my focus is to motivate you to find your healthy happy  from within and be in better touch with your daily emotions. Life teaches us life skills, but we also need the tools to take care of the task properly."
