As we end this amazing tour of mindfulness and learning in the Caribbean, our last stop is a tourist only island.  No buildings, except for a few small shops selling tourist trinkets and a cabana selling local beers to the happy beach goers.  This island is just used in the day time for boaters and cruisers. The fish swim around your feet in the crystal clear blue waters.  The water feels refreshing out of the sun.  The sand is soft and you can lay in the shade of the many palms that dot this resort island.  Remember to renew yourself, relax, and find ways to observe the world with your senses with child like innocence.
