375 - Daily sit-down dinners have become a difficult tradition to maintain.  Table manners can create an extra challenge for children.  In this episode, I share a poem that voiced the dismay with: "Don't leave the table till your plate is empty!"  Eating everything on your plate was a mainstay meal expectation in mid-century families. What mealtime traditions did your family have while you were growing up?  Do you still maintain any with family or friends today?
