Welcome back to Million Dollar Relationship Podcast with Kevin Thompson. Today we are joined by Garrett Gunderson. Garrett shares his wonderful relationship with people especially with Patrick Gentempo as he shared how Patrick changed the course of his life.

Most people know Garrett as the long-haired, bearded money guy. The financial disruptor. The author. The speaker. The guy who teaches people about the money myths that rob them of their financial future. That hasn’t changed. His mission remains. But one thing has changed. His approach.

A few years ago, he leaned into a passion of his and took to the stage at a local comedy club to perform a set about what he knew most – money. He noticed something interesting – he was actually somewhat funny (his wife’s exact words). But more importantly, it struck a chord with the crowd. He'd heard that we remember things best when we are either scared or when we laugh. So Garrett figured, rather than scaring people into listening to him – tempting as it was – he’d help them laugh into a new perspective on money. Comedy is an effective tool to help us be present and a quick way to connect. He dedicated himself to the craft. he studied, rehearsed, and performed. And now, he's bringing it to the world.
