This week's guest is Dan Roitman, the founder of Stroll in 2000, which is an eCommerce company specializing in marketing educational products to consumers. For 10 years, they had a compounded annual growth rate of over 70% and made the Inc 5,000 List 7 years in a row. By 2012 Dan grew the company to a professionally managed organization doing $85 Million in revenue and 166 employees. Dan championed Stroll's core competency, which was its ability to cost-effectively market products through an array of online channels with the use of sophisticated marketing analytics and optimization. In 2012 he was named Ernst & Youngs entrepreneur of the year in the Philadelphia region. Dan is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and today he's focused on Mindfinity, an early education company that teaches inventive IQ to kids.
