Welcome Back to Million Dollar Relationship! Our guest today is Blake Schofield

Blake spent years telling herself she should “just be happy” or “Suck it up” because she was successful & had a comfortable lifestyle. She worried that making a change would be risky or selfish. Compromising out of fear or not knowing if the change she was seeking would actually make her happy or what the future would be. She came home drained at the end of the day, too tired to really be present with her family because she was thinking about everything she hadn’t gotten to yet or the emails & projects waiting for her. She spent years telling herself she should be happy, trying to convince herself that she made a great income, was successful, & THAT WAS ENOUGH. But deep down, she knew it wasn’t.

Blake's journey has led her to discover that coaching is the solution for helping professionals find fulfillment in their careers. So Blake has always had a love for business and leadership. When she was 10 years old, she read about successful entrepreneurs and how they built their businesses. This planted the seed for what would become her passion in life - helping other people achieve their dreams.
