This week we celebrate Rare Diseases Day by chatting with Golden from Genetic Cures for Kids about her daughter Tallulah Moon and their mission to find a cure for SPG56, the debilitating neurogenerative disease that is robbing her of the ability to walk talk and move independently.
Plasma infusion has been a part of her early treatment options so Golden thanks blood donors while also talking about the importance of community in supporting families with additional needs and where she has found, and created, this community for Tallulah Moon's rare disease.
