Transitioning from a college track and field coach to motherhood brought unexpected burnout, prompting me to pivot into a new career realm: entrepreneurship. My foray into personal training uncovered a glaring gap in conventional methods, leading to the birth of an unconventional approach.

Conventional personal training proved inadequate, failing to accommodate life's unpredictability. Recognizing this flaw, I introduced a novel concept: providing clients continuous support beyond scheduled sessions. Thus, the hybrid online and in-person training model emerged, revolutionizing the fitness landscape.
