Shannon Russell was a "TV kid" who dreamt of having a career in the television industry. She worked hard to achieve that dream and worked at: MTV, E!, Yahoo!, Pop Sugar, A&E, TLC, VH1 in New York and Los Angeles. She met her husband (who was also in the industry) and they started a family.

Shannon experienced her "aha moment" after becoming a Mom and realizing her priorities were shifting. She shares her story of her own perceptions about what success looks like and realizing that pivoting in life does not mean failing despite what others may tell you.
