Janice Baskin is a wife, mom, grandmother and business owner who shares her journey with Kim this week. She left her original career in the not-for-profit world to start working with her husband after realizing they were better when they spent more time together. She shares her lessons learned through her experience with colorectal cancer and the day someone reached out to her when she was feeling very low. That seemingly random connection helped her through some tough days and she encourages all of us to reach out to someone with a "small" gesture like a text or phone call. It could turn out to mean so much to that person.
