Dilyana Mileva is a Holistic Menopause Coach, Yoga and Breathwork Teacher who specializes in helping women navigate the symptoms and transitions of peri-menopause and menopause. This former lawyer found a passion in yoga and meditation which led her to discover the holistic approach to self-healing. She feels she was called to communicate to other women that they can be happier, healthier and more energized by treating their symptoms holistically.
