BBC, The Washington Post, CNN, AP, CBC, France24 - all report on Israeli forces storming a Palestinian hospital in the West Bank and killing 3 Palestinians. Some of them mention “militants”. None of them mention “terrorists”, despite the fact that one of the killed is claimed by Hamas and the other two by Islamic Jihad - both dedicated terrorist organizations.
