As Greg says at the start of this episode, we never thought  we'd be chatting to a philosopher on Mid Life Athlete, but here we are chatting to Josh Habgood-Coote, who is a research fellow at the Grounds Project at Leeds University School of Philosophy.

The technique is relevant for athletes learning new techniques and as Greg pointed out particularly useful for athletes during rehab.
