Supporting People with Dementia and Providing Rural Transportation

July 27, 2025 ~ The new Caring Connections Neighborhood Hub now provides a warm and welcoming space designed to support individuals living with dementia and their family caregivers. This innovative collection of services and activities fosters an inclusive environment where meaningful connections are built and valuable resources are within reach. Lynn Breuer, JFS Senior Director of Community Outreach and Wellness, says the hub is located at nearby sites in West Bloomfield. The Hub is open to the entire Southeast Michigan community, operated by Jewish Family Service of Metro Detroit
