As we continue our spiritual journey, we thought it would be a great time to look into building our own apothecary. We grew out of this earth so of course there are plant medicines that are available to us. Let us get back to our natural ways of being and utilize what mother nature has provided us with. Our body is designed to heal itself when we give it the right stuff. It also makes this spiritual ride go so much smoother when the body, gut and mind are working in perfect harmony.
