Advent: Hope In The Waiting :: 11/27/22

With the help of BibleProject videos, John Driver opens up the season of Advent with an exploration of the hope we experience amid the tension of waiting. As Mary discovered, a future tense hoping for “something” to happen is secondary to God's timeless, omnipresent tense hoping for “Someone” to come. And since Christ has already come, we can hold to Him with hope as we continue waiting for all that will someday happen to redeem the world in which we live.
