Larry Hawkins II is a catalyst who inspires others to pursue purpose. He is also the author of “5 Principles to a Purposeful Life”, a book written to help others find their version of success. An electrical engineer by degree, he has transitioned from optimizing electrical systems at Mississippi State University to helping others become the best version of themselves. In 2014, he co-founded Hawkins Development Group which exists to guide others on their path to self-fulfillment through personal, interpersonal, and organizational development. Previous clients include Emerson, National Instruments, University Federal Credit Union, and the Mississippi Department of Transportation. Through speaking, teaching, coaching, and consulting, he has helped thousands of people from around the globe.
