Can anxiety play a role in gaining weight? Yes, it can! I eat when I am anxious so obviously, thatโ€™s playing a role.ย 

Do you think that getting your weight under control will make you happy?
Being happy is a whole other level. Personal vision for weight loss is a good idea, but you need to dig deep and identify the reason behind that. If you are overweight, and it is impacting your health, you should make this a personal vision.ย 
On the other hand, if your weight is within your control, and you feel great, keep enjoying your meals, stay healthy and stay away from unnecessary diets.
This is a whole process of a mentally strong journey and I challenge you to do the whole process because I truly believe that you are mentally strong!ย
