And most of the time, we’re not really unhappy, we’re just looking at life from the wrong angle: comparison, social media, and unrealistic expectations make us feel like we’re missing something.
How to be happy isn’t about waiting for things to change; it’s about doing something different, switching things up, trying new experiences, and breaking out of routine.
Self-improvement and mental health start with action, not just thoughts, because no one is going to create happiness for you. At the end of the day, happiness isn’t something we find, it’s something we create.
