Sometimes are bodies are not a safe place to land when we need to reset or regulate our nervous system.  This quick visualization is exteroceptive, meaning outside of the body, instead of the more traditional interoceptive approaches like yoga nidra that borrow from body sensations and awareness.  Take a journey from close to far away in these simple exercise in relaxation.
