Other organizations have sprinted to try to catch up to what their people needed during the last two years; Wistia has essentially gone on with business as usual. That’s how robust their culture and focus on wellness has been.
As Taylor shares, Wistia doesn’t have much of a wellness journey because it’s been baked into the company’s DNA.
