On EP. 103 Garret continues the conversation in the book of Joshua as he breaks down what it means to be obedient men of God. In Chapter 3, God exalts Joshua in the eyes of Israel, he promotes him in a leadership role. Joshua was obedient to God and his circle of influence grew because of it. People were not going to follow Joshua without knowing that God was with him. If we truly desire to lead and grow as men, we need to understand that people will only follow us when they know that God is with us. Often our best witness as men is to show how we can lead through the difficult things in life. Joshua was obedient and sensitive to the Holy Spirit, God was with him.
