Dale Collver is the Operations Manager and Podcast Producer for Men in the Arena. He also worked with me for 8 years in youth ministry. Dale lives in McMinnville Oregon with Heather, his wife of 26 years. They have 3 adult daughters, Hayley, Hannah, and Hayden, and one adopted son Noah who is 8 years old.
