In this episode, I open up about my personal experience with addiction and the decision to let go of the things that no longer serve me. It’s not an easy conversation to have, but it’s one I feel is necessary to share. I dive into my struggles with disordered eating and the shame I’ve carried. I also reflect on the bittersweet process of letting go of the version of myself that alcohol allowed me to become, even when it felt like it was giving me comfort or confidence.

This is an honest exploration of healing, learning to trust myself again, and what it takes to redefine who I am without relying on old crutches.

I’m not a medical professional and this episode is just my story and my thoughts as I navigate this topic. If you’re struggling with addiction or disordered eating, please know you’re not alone. Support is out there:
