Join host Alkarim Devani as he discusses Canada's housing needs with development experts, politicians and passionate community members. As cities continue to hit their housing capacity, Alkarim is on a mission to help others deliver middle housing and gentle density at scale in our established neighbourhoods across Canada. He wants to connect more people to the simple pleasure of living in walkable neighbourhoods full of vibrant local businesses and existing infrastructure. 

Alkarim is the co-founder of mddl, a Doctorate of Design candidate at the University of Calgary and a proud board member of the Calgary Housing Corporation, the city's largest housing affordability provider.
