Chapter 4 Excerpt:

Water dripping from her blonde hair, Kessa trailed behind sulkily, kicking at stones, muttering, and lamenting the long walk back to the castle. It certainly hadn’t felt this far when they were travelling in the opposite direction. Then again, it hadn’t been pouring rain or as cold, either.

Glimpsing at her sibling, Aquestria declared, “Malieous is not going to care if you’re having a bad day. Make those twenty-year-old legs move!”
