Our fortnightly third series of the podcast continues with another appropriately-timed review. This time we're reviewing 2022's annoyingly-titled 'Scream'. It's Scream 5, let's just all accept that going forward or the film releasing today couldn't be Scream VI (though note the switch from numbers to roman numerals. This is the kind of stuff that may drive people to murder!). We're thrilled to welcome D.K back joining Mike on hosting duties, and they are joined by returning guest Conor Esser (appropriately enough from our 'Scream' (1996) review). The trio talk about their thoughts on this movie, it's relation to others in the franchise, the general concept of "requels", what it was like to revisit for the podcast and much more. Be warned there are full spoilers for the 'Scream' movies from the start. So don't answer the phone, arm your security systems, don't trust anyone in your friend group and settle down safely to enjoy this deep-dive review.
