Episode 22 - "I ain't got time to bleed."

Ah you sonofabitch, welcome back. We hope you haven't been pushing too many pencils. Yes, if you hadn't guessed, this episode we're going to be looking at the 1987 Arnie "classic" Predator, just in time for the sequel, Prey, to hit streaming. D.K is flying solo this episode, taking full hosting duties without co-host Mike for the very first time. He's joined by two first-time guests to the podcast; his old friend Nick from the UK and YouTuber Melina, all the way from Puerto Rico. This trio of misfit movie-reviewing mercs look at everything from the acting in the movie (such as it is), editing, John McTiernan's legendary direction, the somewhat cursed Predator franchise and, of course, the usual behind-the-scenes info, audience opinions and final ratings. We apologize for the slight audio issues in this episode, every effort has been made to get it as smooth as possible for our listeners, but rest assured we are always working on improving our sound and recording abilities. We just must have been blocked by Yautja tech (that's the name of the Predator's species folks, don't say you never learn anything from these descriptions). Finally D.K has come up with a great game related to the review called "Almost Total Recall" where the guests have to guess if named action film characters were played by Arnie or another of his action brethren. The quiz is at 18:43 to 30:04 if you'd like to skip it (or skip straight to it). So set down "Ole Painless", spit out that tobacco, wash off the mud and enjoy this muscle-heavy episode.
